Hello everyone!

We’re happy to share that the ZORRO hardcover books are fully printed and will be shipping out later this week to our distribution center in the United States, where they’ll be packed and sent out to all of you as quickly as possible.

We expect backers to start receiving books in April/May, if all goes according to plan.

In the meantime, we received a sample package from the printer with copies of the hardcover book and we’re delighted to share these photos with you of the fully finished product.

PLEASE NOTE: The final version of the INDISPUTABLE (B&W) ZORRO HC will come with a dust-jacket, it is not pictured here.

Printing & Delivery Timeline Update + Art Reveals!

Happy New Year!

Printing & Delivery Status Update

Let’s get to the important stuff: The Zorro Remastered and Indisputable Hardcover files were approved at the printer in China earlier this month and printing is underway.

Based on the current delivery timeline provided to us from the printer, the books will be shipping to the US on a boat in February and should arrive at our distribution partner’s warehouse in April. Assuming there are no disruptions to the shipping lanes, the rewards, including books, statues, and add-ons, should arrive in your hands beginning in May.

We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver on our promises and get these rewards to you as soon as we possibly can.

Art Reveal - Remastered Edition Covers

We’re happy to share a ton of artwork with you today, ranging from final covers for the books to images of the add-ons and more.

Digital Editions are HERE! PLUS: Printing Update!

Hi everyone,

As promised, we have uploaded the digital versions for the REMASTERED and INDISPUTABLE editions of the Zorro collection to BackerKit. Thank you for your patience as we worked to complete and deliver these files to you!

If your pledge is all paid up and you’ve completed the survey on BackerKit, you should receive an email message from BackerKit with a download link to the files today, if you haven’t already.

If you have NOT received that email, or have any difficulty accessing the files, please contact us directly: [email protected] or reach out to BackerKit support: [email protected] for assistance.

Printing & Fulfillment Update

The coloring is finished. 

The restoration is done. 

The special features are completed. 

The approvals are in.

We’re now preparing the dust jacket (B&W) and slipcase (Remastered) files for the printer. 

This title will be sent to print alongside our Harbinger Omnibus HC, Art of Eduardo Risso HC, and a couple of other books yet to be revealed.

The Zorro orders alone represent the single biggest print run in Alien Books history! 

Combined with the totals of the other projects, this has been a record breaking year and we’ve taken this extra time to ensure that these books will be as great as they possibly can be.

Once we get the final word from the printer that these books are finished, we will send out our next update. From there, it’ll take time (estimated 30-60 days) to ship to the US and get to our fulfillment center. Our goal is to have rewards shipping out to backers by early March.

We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Hi all!

We've got an IMPORTANT UPDATE for everyone as we are busy putting the final touches on the REMASTERED and INDISPUTABLE EDITION books and they will be heading to print IMMINENTLY!

BackerKit Updates - Cards CHARGED and ORDERS LOCKED!

We've charged all cards on BackerKit for anyone who purchased additional add-ons or placed a pre-order for the book on that platform.

We have also LOCKED ORDERS and SHIPPING ADDRESSES so that we can properly prepare our fulfillment partner with the most current shipping information.

If you haven't received or completed your survey yet, PLEASE send us an email - [email protected] so we can assist you with this task!

If you don't complete the survey, we might not be able to ship your books out with the rest of the orders!

Digital Files Update

Once the books are finalized and sent to the printer, we will send out the digital versions via BackerKit. Again, please make sure you complete the survey on BackerKit!
